0.3-2.0*1250 Steel Coil Automatic Slitting Machine with Recoiler can do uncoiling, slitting and recoiling works, make coil steel to any needed width coil steel. It mainly includes coil car, uncoiler, coil guide, slitting machine, scrap winder, tension unit, recoiler and coil car, hydraulic system, Etc. It mainly used in coil or hot rolling carbon steel, silicon steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with surface spreading.
This line can be adjusted to do recoiling or dividing work to meet customer's demand.
The whole line mainly consists of the following components:

Decoiler is one roller cantilever type, it use four arc plate in the roller to expand, the range is 465-508mm. If you need the inner diameter is larger than 508mm, we need to add different kinds of gumshoe. Decoiler have hydraulic swing type pressing device to prevent the coil disperse.
Decoiler roller is driven by adjustable-speed motor, it can forward and reverse rotation.

Name: Straight Head Feeding Machine
This equipment is consist of leading rolls, bending roll, shovel head and feeding plate.
* leading rolls will press the coil head when decoiling or recoiling, the motor will drive it to rotate.
*Feed plate is pushed by oil cylinder, compress the material with the leading nip rolls.
*Shovel head is pushed by the oil cylinder, it will shovel the material head , it can decoiler after the shovel head return.

Name: Loop Pit
The loop is used to adjust the speed difference of the leveling machine and slitting machine.
Ensuring the flatting accuracy of material, we use the large arc in the both sides of loop to protect the material from transformation.

Slitter is consist of rack, upper and lower knife shaft , knife shaft spacing adjusting device and drive system.
The upper and lower knife shafts are equipped on the lifting slider, it is driven by the reducer to achieve the adjustment of the overlap amount of cutting.
